This property, a 5* hotel without a Restaurant amenity(?? ) has been seen before but not yet confirmed to the board, although i highly suspect it's a hotel already reported but 'hiding' some of its full amenities.

If i were to guess i think the Vdara is a likely outcome, but can't be certain.
