This time i want to stay in Manhatten.I'am interested in the following zones: Central Park South, Chelsea, Empire State Building, Madison Square Garden, Midtown West and Times Square.My limit would be $160 per night befor tax for a 3* or better hotel, and i would like the least expensive 3* or better hotel for my trip.Do you think my limit will be enough to find a 3* or better hotel this time of year ?Thank you for your help. :)

Wait, and try again next week or in two weeks, because i still have much time until Sept. or maybe add more zones like Midtown East or Downtown-Financial District ( which would be okay with me ).It seems to me, that the prices in the Downtown-Financial District are less expensive, am i right with my assumption ? One more question, do you think my budget is enough for this time of year ?Thank you for your help.

I think it is a good deal, and i'am satisfied with the outcome. The hotel has a great location, in the heart of Manhatten, that is what a was looking for. Thank you very much for your support :) .
