Hotwire Hotel: 3* Dallas (Market Center - Love Field DAL) Baymont Inn and Suites Dallas/Love Field

Hoped based on the list (though the list is a general guide, i know) that I would get La Quinta Inn & Suites (or other listed options).....I got Baymont Inn & Suites Northwest Highway.

I stopped staying at that property about a year and a half ago because they advertised full renovations and over 2 visits I noticed it was not full, only partial (one of the 2 visits, i got a room that was outdated)

I just called the property to verify that they were "fully" renovated, and the clerk said yes "for 2 years now"

I will follow up and post concerning renovations after my stay is complete ...

WISH ME LUCK.... (fyi...last time..room was so outdated that I left and checked into another hotel)

Sorry to hear previous stay(s) at this property were disappointing, but hopefully it has improved since then. This property does get a 4.5/5.0 TA rating so i would suspect that it has indeed improved and you'll enjoy your stay.

As with any stay (regardless of how booked) if you're not happy with the room assigned speak to the front desk (and work your way up the chain of command) to see if you can get a room change. This isn't to say that you can get the oceanfront room with balcony if that is not a 'standard room' at a given hotel, but you can usually get the hotel to change rooms within the same room class/rate.

Btw, my stay was great...renovations have been completed, and staff is very friendly and definitely comes to work wanting to take care of their guests.
