i just bid $47 plus $10 bonus cash for a 2.5 star for the dates july 10th - july 15th

i got b2 miami downtown

im not happy with this property cuz i see a lot of bad reviews, the hotel is apparently under renovations

i tried speaking with a pl customer rep but he was very unhelpful.

Sorry to see that you're disappointed with the outcome. But let's hope that your stay will be better than the reviews.

I always take the TA reviews with a grain of salt. And keep in mind with TA reviews that many of those people paid full price, which is often significantly more, and may have different expectations at those price points
