Hotwire Hotel: July 4th Weekend - 5 Star Hotel - The Strip South

Hi There,

I'm going to Vegas and will be staying 3 nights - July 4th until July 7.

I did the Hotwire search and found a 5-Star Hotel on The Strip for $129 a night. This hotel has a casino, so I'm narrowing it down to The Aria, The Cosmopolitan and perhaps the Bellagio? I would be happy with either of the 3.

I did notice that this hotel did not list "POOL(S)" as an amenity. Don't all the 5 stars hotels have pools? This is strange. Here are all the amenities listed:

My concern is the % of customer reviews for this hotel. It says that only 85% of Hotwire customers recommend this hotel, compared to ones that have a 90% or 95% recommendation, so I'm wondering how such great hotels such as the 3 I listed above would get such a low %.

Is there any possibility that this hotel with 85% recommendation could be the Four Seasons or THEhotel because they are so far down the strip? I know both don't have a casino, but since they share the same building/property with Mandalay Bay, what are the chances that I would get either of the two instead?

I'm not currently seeing this property offered when searching HOTWIRE for your dates... are you still seeing the above on your own search? If so, are you searching HOTWIRE for more than one room or for more than the default 2adults/0children?

I do see a 5* hotel in the Strip South zone for $129/nite, but it has these amenities:

Free Parking

Fitness

Business

Spa

Blind Accessible

Deaf Accessible

Travel Accessible

Room Accessible

Bathroom Accessible

Roll-in Shower

... which is shorter then the list you provided above.

Is that what you're seeing now OR are you still seeing the previous amenity set?

Yes, I still see the same property on my own search. I am only searching Hotwire for 1 Room / 2 Adults /0 Children - NOT 2 Rooms.

The reason why my list has more amenities is because I clicked the link that says ALL AMENITIES once you click the hotel link "SHOW ME"

I just did the search again for my dates, and it still shows a 5 star hotel on The Strip (SOUTH), for $129 per night, with casino, doesn't have a POOL listed in amenities, with an 85% customer recommendation.

Do you see it now?

I'm seeing the same as thereuare when looking at see all. If you are not seeing that listing, are you searching for more than 2? Additionally, are you searching on mobile or computer?

I tried to 'force' an alternate view and i see the property you're referring to...

My guess for this property would be a new and alternate amenity set for the Cosmopolitan.
