I plan on staying in Downtown Buffalo with my sister on Friday, June 28 2013 for one night. I just put a bid in the downtown zone, 2.5*(aiming for comfort suites), for $60 and was rejected. I would like to rebid before 24 hours by altering my bid, but can't figure it out without getting stuck in another zone. Can anyone help and advise a strategy? Any input will be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

There is one "free rebid" Buffalo zone at the 2.5* level.

It is really necessary for members to know how to determine free rebid zones themselves. The possible zones can change. One needs to make the check just before bidding - before every session.

To help your thinking though, what you are looking for (on the Priceline bidding screen) is a zone that does not have any bidding possible at 2.5*s or higher.

When you've determined what you think is the correct zone, you can post back and somebody will verify. Then all you have to do is add that zone to the one you've already bid, and you can bid again!
