I am looking to book north strip 5* (not trump) for 05/24/13 - 05/29/13. I have a few questions:

• Would it be better to spilt my booking into two to save money (ie 24-26, 27-29)?
  
• I want to avoid the trump, what is the best way to do that? I want to keep my cost down to about 130$ a night. I would be willing to do some of the central strip hotels like city center, vdara, cosmo.
  
• If priceline is the way to go, what is a good starting bid?
  
• What do you think the bottom 2 hotels are?
