hopsgrl Posted April 16, 2013 Report Posted April 16, 2013 I bid last week for a 3* starting at $50 and went up to $56. I decided to wait a week and today, bid $50 for a 3*. My bid was accepted and I was 'upgraded' to a 3.5*.
