When guaranteed amenities appear on the bidding side of PRICELINE it's because these amenities are offered at ALL hotels in the zone at this star rating... it's not that you're bidding on a specific hotel, at this point in the bidding process PRICELINE hasn't even checked for any inventory yet.

The L'auberge Del Mar Resort and Spa would be at least one possibility at the 5* level, but there could be others as well.
