But it came up in Priceline as 4* when I wanted to be way down by the convention center!!!

Is there a way to fix, rectify, reverse this?

Sorry to hear you received a hotel in a zone that you didn't intend, but as per the top of the Priceline Hotel List it specifically states that you shouldn't be use the lists to determine your re-bid zones... the only method that should be used is detailed here: Priceline Re-Bidding Explained.

Feel free to ask for help and/or confirm your re-bid zones with the board before your next opaque hotel purchase.

Good News & Good News...

First the good news; I've used the BetterBidding resource quite a bit, and have never seen that note to check out the stars on Priceline. I'll work it that way from now on. Thank you.

Now the good news; I called Priceline, said I made a mistake and asked how I can re-bid, the woman immediately said we can refund all but the 1st night (I booked 3) AND if you use us to book again, within a year, we give you back the one night MINUS $25. I'll re-book right away, so paying $25 for this learning experience was well worth it.

Also, as a sales trainer who travels for a living, I'm considered a resource to others and have given out BetterBidding.com a ton. I'll have to get back to people and remind/warn them to pay close attention to this issue.
