The Hotel Union Square (114 Powell Street) would be my best guess for this one.

I ended up going through Priceline and got the Marriott Fisherman's Wharf 3.5* for $198. Would have liked to pay less but that was what was available. I jumped my bid from 185 to 198 so there may have been some room for a better deal.

I did bid up to $215 for 4* in USE and Fisherman's Wharf with no luck.
