Hotwire Hotel: Help ID 3* Lake Buena Vista - Downtown Disney $47

This will be the 4th year that I've taken our wrestling club to Orlando, Florida to compete in a national tournament and each year we end up taking more kids. This year we will be taking three teams and while it is great for the club, logistically it creates some problems, mainly that Priceline only allows you to bid on 9 rooms at a time and we will need 13 or 14 rooms. I've tried to use the hotelplanner option that Priceline provides but it isn't even in the same ballpark as the express deals or what I've bid on in the past. It may not seem like a huge deal to pay $20 more per night but when you are getting that many rooms and staying for 9 nights, it adds up fast. Does anyone have a suggestion? I've thought about trying to purchase 9 rooms through the bidding process and then buying the rest conventionally but I was wondering if there were any other options or if you put in the same bid back to back, if they would be the same hotel. Any suggestions?

Unfortunately, with PRICELINE there's no way to know the degree of inventory when searching - 9 rooms may be somewhat difficult if it's a busy period in the area, but if you successfully bid for 9,there's no way to know if there's still 5 more or no more at that particular property.

Would properties in the same zone or in nearby zone/s be acceptable (splitting the party up, in other words)?

That is where I am struggling I guess. I really would rather not split up the group so I guess I am stuck paying for through hotelplanners website. It is just frustrating see the hotel that I've bid on and won the past two summers for less than $60/room being listed for $90.

I don't know if your team members can share rooms.

Can HOTWIRE be an option for you? HOTWIRE guarantees sleeping accommodations for everyone you include in your search... this often means two beds in the room, but the second 'bed' could be a pullout sofabed, rollaway brought into the room, etc.

You can search for up to 24 guests with HOTWIRE. So you can put 4 guests/room (6 rooms)

We will have 50 in our group so I don't think that will work but thank you for the suggestion. I will still look into Hotwire and see if there is anything that I can make work. Right now I am leaning towards bidding on a 3* for around $40 in Lake Buena Vista for 9 rooms and then I will look into getting the other rooms conventionally and hope that they have 4 more but I am open to anything. I wish priceline offered an option to add more rooms at this rate instead of extend your stay at this rate : )

Can someone please help me ID this hotel? We will be getting 6 rooms for 9 nights from June 26th-July 5th. We will be looking to get an additional 6 rooms for a total of 12 rooms. Does anyone know that, if availability allows it, the offer will still be there for us to book back to back? It is pretty important that we stay at the same hotel. IE: If we book the offer on HOTWIRE for $47 and after booking I log back on and still see the offer - is it going to be the same hotel?

Best guess for this property would be the Clarion Inn Lake Buena Vista.

The BIG QUESTION above is whether there is more availability beyond the 6 rooms you're current searching for.

Let's assume HOTWIRE has access to 8 rooms at this rate... after your purchase of 6 rooms there will only be 2 rooms left. A search for 2 rooms may turn up the same hotel, but if searching for 3 or more rooms there is not enough inventory to fulfill your request, so a different property will be offered.
