thereuare
I'm not seeing the first property when searching HOTWIRE for your dates and 3adults, but if you are, my guess would be the Four Seasons... although i supposed the Mandarin Oriental would be a possibility as well. For the second property my guess would be the Vdara with a 'missing' restaurant amenity (a 5* hotel without a restaurant doesn't seem plausible/likely)For each it would be a new amenity set for the respective property so not 100% certain, but that is my best guess for each. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Let us know how it goes or if we can be of further help. migraineboy
Thx for your reply. I still see the first option, although now it shows 247/night. Do you think these rates could diminish in the future or the tendency is exactly the opposite? if i remember correctly, there's a "tool" here that shows the prices already obtained conform the period of the year, but I'm not finding it... thereuare
There is no way to know if rates will come down, or move even higher, between now and your trip... it's all based supply/demand and how actual demand comes in relative to current expectations. For a further discussion on this subject see the related link in our PRICELINE FAQ, but i will add that your dates are not 'normal' in the sense that you're looking at Vegas during New Year's Eve, so 'traditional' rules may not apply. For historical pricing you can try using the filters (which include month/date filters) at MAPS and HOTELS.com OR the Priceline and Hotwire Calendar of Wins may be useful to you as well.I'm still not seeing the first property when searching for 3adults... i see the second property you've listed, and this other 5* hotel in the Strip South zone:Resort, Casino, Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Golf, Spa, Free Parking, Blind Accessible, Deaf Accessible, Travel Accessible, Room Accessible, Bathroom Accessible, Handicapped Parking, Roll-in ShowerPlease use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. I'm going to research the links you gave me, I'm sure it's going to help me.Concerning the results on the search for the hotel, it's odd, here at home I continue obtaining those 2 properties, butyesterday, in my sister's house i did the same search and had the same results that you re having. Weiiiird!!Anyway, any guesses on thisnew 5* hotel that is showing? Link to comment

thereuare
Best guess for the first one would be the Aria with a slight chance of the Bellagion. For the second property it has been guessed that this is the Vdara, but we have not yet seen a 5* hotel reported to the board without a Restaurant amenity (which i assume the hotel has restaurant(s) on-site, but for whatever reason is not currently displaying this amenity)Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Let us know what you decide and how it goes or if we can be of further help.
