Thanks for the previous threads. I tried from $75 and 3.5 star from North Michigan Ave - River North Area and continue adding free zones. I got this hotel at the fourth bid. Satisfied.

The only problem is that I do not drive. So I expected to book a hotel near a metro station. But anyway, this is a deal indeed!

This really isn't too far a walk from the CTA station at Grand (Red Line), but if you are just going to be downtown I really don't think you need a car and you may need less public transit than you may expect.

Many thanks, Aaron. I think your suggestions for other bidders helped me a lot. I checked Google maps and yes, just 0.3 mi walk to Grand Station, a convenient place with lots of good restaurants on E. Ohio St. Great deal!

I'd also suggest asking for a higher floor at this property - no guarantees, but if you are higher up, there's a chance you may get a decent/partial view of the surrounding area. Let us know if you need any restaurant/local recommendations.
