Tonight we booked the "Holiday Inn Paris - Montparnasse Pasteur" on Rue Gager Gabillot for $159/night for five nights in June. The amenities listed were:

Accessible bathroom

Handicapped parking

It wasn't what we guessed/hoped for, but it doesn't look so terrible. And for a 4 star in Paris in summer, we could do a lot worse!
