I'm thinking of booking the 4.5* Downtown-Soho-Financial District Hotel for our trip to New York in December (info below). I understand it is a busy & expensive time of year. I am happy with the price quoted compared to some mediocre hotels offered by my local travel agent in the UK. I have not heard of a 4.5* hotel however, so any help would be greatly received.
