I'm sorry to say that a 4* property with this amenitie combo has not yet been reported/ID'd to the board.

But my guess would be that this is a new amenity combo for Doubletree Metropolitan.

Thanks. I am concerned if it is the Doubletree that the Trip Advisor reviews were not good overall. Hoping it might be another similar hotel.

We don't know for sure if this is the Doubletree Metropolitan. But you still have a 3.5* TA rating for the listed hotel.

I always take the TA reviews with a grain of salt. And keep in mind with TA reviews that many of those people paid full price, which is often significantly more, and may have different expectations at those price points.
