I'm also thinking Cosmopolitan for this hotel. But like you say, there's no resort fee listed. And this is strange since the HOTWIRE reviews are mention a resort fee for this hotel.

You better wait for a second opinion for this hotel.

The Cosmopolitan has previously been seen with this amenity set so that would be my best guess for this one.

The Cosmo was the last of the 5* hotels on the Strip to charge a Resort fee and i'm guessing that HOTWIRE has not yet updated the listing to reflect the resort fee.
