I won the hotel.

At first my target was 5* westminster Marriott Hotel with 90$, but failed. (Referenced with this forum... )

Then I changed the region and price many times, also failed..;;;

At last I changed the target to the Maida Vale...

It seems a little far to the center of London, but there are transfer methods including bus and subway going to the center at once.

So, I included Regent Park region and 4*, then I succeeded at once with that price.
