Declined the offer, bid $47, $48, $50 and finally won at $52 using the free rebids on 3* hotels (free rebid zones of Chamblee, Forest Park, Jonesboro and Morrow). Good hotel, stayed their previously. Parking is steep at $20+ per night. There is free parking outside overnight (free parking starts around 10pm). There is public covered parking about 50yds north for $5 unlimited but no in and out.
