tiffany7828 Posted April 9, 2013 Report Posted April 9, 2013 I'm new to PL and am looking to book a two night stay in Chicago preferably downtown but am trying to get a good price on a 4* or better hotel. Not sure what strategy to use please help.
AaronJB Posted April 9, 2013 Report Posted April 9, 2013 Welcome to Betterbidding. So that we can research your stay and offer suggestions, please provide more details regarding your stay - which zone/s would be acceptable, what would be your desired budget per night and what are your exact date/s of travel?Thank you for using the board's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.
exstasie Posted April 11, 2013 Report Posted April 11, 2013 I have a similar question. Used PL a few times, but not very familiar with it.Going to Chicago from Aug 2-5, 2013 and was wondering if I'd have more luck booking closer to the date. Seems like the zone and ratings i'm looking at (tourist areas) are around $200+ on HW. Would PL provide better prices closer to the date.
