Can't help you with the identifying your hotel but i am also looking for a Singapore hotel.

I am looking for end of july. I do not see very good deals on HOTWIRE yet.(and very little)

For PRICELINE there are barely wins for Singapore.

I think I will end up booking a hotel true a regular website.
