I used betterbidding to guess that a 4* hotel deal was the doubletree westminster and I was correct.

Booking was for Aug 18. One night for 3 people. Got it for $173+tax $220 total. Thats less than half the rate available on their website.

Amenities listed were exactly as shown in the hotel list:

4* DoubleTree by Hilton London Westminster

Amenities: Restaurant, Fitness, Free Internet, Hi-Speed Internet, Wheelchair Accessible
