HEY GUYS IM NEW AT BIDDING AND STUMBLED UPON THIS SITE. SOUNDS GREAT.. I WANTED TO TAKE MY GF TO VEGAS FOR THE 19TH WEEKEND BUT MONEY IS TIGHT AND WANTED TO TRY BIDDING. IF I WANT A 5 STAR HOTEL IN NORTH STRIP HOW MUCH DO YOU THINK I SHOULD BID? OR IF I WANTED A 5 STAR ANY WHERE ON THE STRIP HOW MUCH DO YOU THINK I SHOULD START MY BID AT?

sorry bout that. yes im staying from 04/19- 04/21. Im really not concerned too much where on the strip so long as its a 5* hotel. When i say 5* im referring to anything of some quality. I realize that priceline bidding star system is different. I just want a good price for a good hotel. i can really appreciate the help. I want to know how much I should start the bid at.

What would be your desired max bid for this stay? Based on the rates I'm seeing you're probably looking at around $175-225 for a 5* in Strip North or Strip South. If you are okay with the Trump, that may be able to be had for mildly less.
