TravelGina Posted April 3, 2013 Report Posted April 3, 2013 Hi, I'm looking to bid for a 3.5* or higher hotel in NYC (strictly Manhattan) for week of May 20th. Should I wait until closer to the time to start bidding? I'm trying to bid now but can't get anything with $145.. even though I notice people here have scored a 4* for less than that. Should I wait until May for a better chance of getting a good price, or will that just make things worse? Thanks in advance.
yellowdog Posted April 3, 2013 Report Posted April 3, 2013 Please post your exact dates for this stay and we'll have a look at this. Also please post the zones you're willing to stay in.May has shown to be on the more expensive side. And most people want to stay in Manhattan area. It's difficult to say anything without knowing your dates. But we see prices arround $200 when it comes to 4* in Manhattan area for May. Should I wait until closer to the time to start bidding?
