Searched the forums and some users have gotten deals as low as $40/night in the Knox Northpark area. I wanted that specific area for a wedding so started with $40, went upto $50 but got rejected. In each case, PL offered me to increase to $58. So I figured something close to $55 might bag me the deal, so I went with $53 and got accepted. Not the best deal but works for me on short notice.Used the links in the forum for PL.
