Would like nice hotel in anaheim area 04/13-04/17 and then in San Diego 04/18-04/20 any advice on how much to bid for which hotels would be much appreciated budget $100 a night but less would be better.

Staying under $100 should be no issue, but it becomes a matter of what sounds more appealing:

HOTWIRE has a 4* suite for $87 in Anaheim North (likely the Marriott Suites), as well as a 3.5* for $73. You could also go for PRICELINE, but then it becomes being willing to accept any hotel at the star rating chosen in the area/s chosen. If there are more than 2 people in the party, I would suggest HOTWIRE.
