I'm trying to ID a room in Georgetown-Foggy Bottom with the following amenities.

3.5 stars Hotwire, 85% recommended

Sorry, I should have added that information in.

April 13-17, 2013. Quoted price is 201. 4 out of 5 for TripAdvisor rating. I'm guessing that it is One Washington Circle, as that seems to match up.

Yes, i agree with you. It could be One Washington Circle but this could also be a diffrent hotel.

We ended up at Arlington Court Suites, which worked well for us.  The combo of price, included breakfast and dinner, proximity to the metro line, free parking, full kitchen, large living area, and separate bedroom made it an easy choice.
