Could you help me with this express deal (142/night)? According the amenities should be the Crescent Hotel, but I am not sure. What do you think?

I am looking a 4* on West Hollywood 7/10 - 7/16. But the prices are high... I should wait a month and see what happens... due to I did bids for $120, $130, $140 and nothing... For that reason I chose go down with the stars... What do you think about the price in summer? How much is a good deal for a 4*? Thanks

and not appears the "Guest Rating". For that reason I assume that the hotel should be below 7.0 of rating.
