Any ideas what this might be? Is this a good deal for this time of year?

Thanks!

May tends to be a busy time of year with graduations, baseball games, nicer weather and other factors. There is no way to know/guarantee if prices will come down between now and the date/s of travel.

At this point in time, given that all other 4*'s are at least moderately higher, I think this is a deal worth considering.

I tried bidding on priceline but wasnt much luckier, eventually got the Doubletree Metropolitan MTE at $180 after rebidding and rebidding. Seems to be some very mixed reviews on TripAdvisor - oh well.

Thanks for the help!
