If you scroll over "see all", do you also see "free internet"? This listing has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board, but my guess would be an upgraded Super 8 North Bergen.

If the Super 8 this hotel is located on a highway off-ramp and offers access to the city with the privately owned jitney vans that go by the hotel and take you to the city. It's usually fairly busy, but (i believe) has outside corridors and (imo) is not a very inviting place.

If it's a different hotel in this zone that is along Route 1&9 (also may be called Tonnelle Ave on a map) it's not where you want to stay.

The 'nice' part of this zone is along the waterfront and that is really where you want to stay, but it will cost more than $83/nite and as the hotels are higher rated, likely won't offer breakfast... so it really comes down to price vs. convenience and what you're looking for from this trip.

If the waterfront part of the zone is out of your budget i would sooner stay a little further away from the city in the Secaucus area.

I just did a quick search to get a feel for rates and although this property doesn't appear when searching for 2adults/2children, the following does appear when searching for 4adults:
