Priceline Hotel: 3.5* South Beach Collins Avenue Oceanfront

I'm looking at a Priceline offer for a 3.5* hotel in the South Beach Collins Avenue Oceanfront area for dates 4/5-4/7. The offer is $238/night. The main distinguishing factor is a $12.43 service fee per day. Any idea which hotel this is?

I really wanted to book the 4*, but am pretty sure that's going to be the Perry which is under construction. :(

Are you looking at the bidding ("Name Your Own Price") side of the service? If so, there is no way to guarantee or predict what property may appear. If you select 3.5* (for example) in a particular zone, you have to be willing to stay at any 3.5* in that zone, and possibly be upgraded to 4*. Or are you looking at the Express Deals portion of PRICELINE? If so, please provide the amenities that are showing with the listing.
