I became nervous about Memorial Day pricing so I booked this.

Two nights ago, I bid using several rezones. I went from $100 to $150 and stopped.

Tonight, I bid $162 and got this on my first bid.

Pretty happy about it, especially for Memorial Day, though I do hope they will work with me. I need 2 beds in at least one of these rooms. Does anyone have any insight on my chances of getting an upgrade to a Bella Suite so I can get 2 beds? Is a roll-away an option? Do you recommend e-mailing the hotel before hand to put in a request?

I would recommend calling the hotel and putting in a request. They may charge more for two beds - there have been reports of 5*'s in Vegas charging more for 2 beds.

A few years ago when i was there the couches were indeed pullouts, but they may have been upgraded/replaced since then and they also may have a few different varieties in the same room class (which can happen as some furniture gets damaged/abused/replaced before a full renovation)

I'd make a separate call to the hotel (without any of your booking information noted) and ask if all the couches are pullout sofabeds so that you'll know for certain.

While you may be able to get an upgrade to a room with two beds at no charge, standard procedure here is an upgraded charge, as even when booking direct at the hotel's own website there is an additional charge for a room with two beds vs. one.
