Hotwire Hotel: Help identifying 3.5* Vail slopeside

I've been scouring the site and can't find ANY 3.5* Hotwire Vail hotels mentioned ever. One is showing up with the following amenities:

Details page says there is "a fee of about $35"

says "only 6 rooms left"

Do you think it's one that's new or perhaps the "rock resort lodge at Vail" has been downgraded from 4* to 3.5*?

I was thinking it could be Vail Mountain Lodge if it's a new participating hotel, but then they Vail Mtn Lodge doesn't have a pool so it can't be them.

Intrigued by free breakfast because none of the ones listed as 4* on your list do free breakfast that I know of. Playing with online tools I can only identify these slopeside free breakfast hotels with pools: Sonnenalp, manor vail, evergreen lodge, sitzmark, The Wren, Mountain House at Covered Bridge, Austria House.

By the way, there's also one for $194 that's 4.5* on same dates which I assume is Sebastian. I may just book that since it's same price, but curious about the 3.5* listed because some of the ones I think it could be have in=room fireplaces, and Sebastian does not.

That 4.5* one is 95% recommend and amenities are:

I'm sorry to say that a 3.5* property with this amenitie combo has not yet been reported/ID'd to the board. And i don't know the area well enough to take an educated guess for this. Sorry I could not be of more assistance.

For the 4.5*. I agree with you, it looks like The Sebastian with a diffrent amenitie combo. And like you're saying. You'll get a 4.5* with great reviews for the same price as a 3.5*
