This hotel has not yet been identified, and with the amenities so common for a city such as DC i don't think we'll be able to gain much inisight.

With rates apparently very high for these dates you may want to check with consolidators such as EasyClickTravel or Quikbook.

EasyClickTravel doesn't charge a booking fee, so you may want to consider what is believed to be the Wyndham which at $175/nite would not be much more than a Hotwire purchase at $158 when you include the booking fee that Hotwire would charge.
