Priceline Hotel: 4* New Orleans (French Quarter) Marriott New Orleans

I am looking at Hotwire for May 10-12 and would like to stay in the FQ or on lower Canal Street (rather than over by the Hyatt by the Superdome, or elsewhere in the CBD). Hotwire is currently showing 100 a night for a 4 star, downtown with a fitness center, pool, restaurant, business center. I can't figure out what this might be.

Any ideas?

This property has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board and these amenities are very common, but I'd guess this may be an upgraded Hyatt.

Successfully booked at PRICELINE. Got the Marriott on Canal for 110 a night for 2 nights with a total of 263 after taxes.
