Will be travelling with 2 adults and 2 kids (3 & 6).

Would it be wise to book one room or two?

Anywhere we have been in NA, we have always been only booking one room.

thanks...

With PRICELINE, the service only guarantees one bed/double occupancy. While one can request two beds with the hotel, there is a definite chance that you will get one bed.

With HOTWIRE, you can indicate the amount of people in the room and that should ensure some form of bedding for the entire party (2 beds, 1 + sofa or 1 + rollaway.)

With Hotwire, you have the option of one room. With PRICELINE, going with one room really risks one bed so two rooms may be a better route.

What would be your desired budget per night (and star rating), and which zone/s would be acceptable?

Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.

Around 110 - 130 per night.... preferrable 3-4 stars... close to the eifel tower etc....

not sure if it is reasonable request or not...

Like AaronJB said before. PRICELINE only guarantees double occupancy, which means you may receive a room with only one bed and the hotel could assign you a room with only one bed. You could request a room with two beds, but the hotel could be unable, or unwilling, to accommodate your request... or charge an additional fee if they are willing to accommodate you request. And have in mind that rooms are smaller in Europe.

Do you want to gamble with PRICELINE or go the HOTWIRE route?

Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.
