1) Is Sonesta the the same as Crowne Plaza?

2) Did you conclude Sonesta because of Laundry amenity?

The Crowne Plaza has been rebranded as the Sonesta (there have been an increasing amount of Sonesta properties as they rebrand a number of pre-existing locations across the country.)

The Crowne Plaza has been seen with the same core amenities, so the guess is that this is the Sonesta with the same core amenities as the Crowne Plaza + the addition of accessible amenities.

Yes this was the Sonesta Philadelphia (formerly Crown Plaza); 3.5* Philadelphia (City Center West-University). I confirmed 2 rooms for 5/2/13 for 4 nights; $104 per night each room. Quite a savings over the $189 offered through the convention we are attending. Thanks for your help!!
