Jay Ray Posted March 22, 2013 Report Posted March 22, 2013 Used the PRICELINE link on Betterbidding. Bid $60 on Historic District - Penn's Landing, and was offered a redid at $73. I went back to the main screen and upped my bid to $62, adding Convention Center - Mid Center City. Declined. Upped the bid to $64, and added Museum District (which has no 4 star hotels). Bingo! Good thing too because I was really hoping I'd get the Hyatt Penn's Landing.
