AaronJB Posted March 21, 2013 Report Posted March 21, 2013 Welcome to Betterbidding. Please list prices for each property per night before taxes/fees.The 4* MTE would be a possible match for the Roosevelt or Doubletree Metropolitan (although I'd lean towards the Doubletree), while the 4* ESB would be a possible match for the St Giles the Court.Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.
girlchris Posted March 21, 2013 Author Report Posted March 21, 2013 many thanks! The price for the 4* MTE per night is 171per night, and for MTE is 189 . Actually i Searched hotels.com and found there are no rooms available on Two successive days on May 25&26 for Roosevelt, so would it possibly be Roosevelt?thank u so much!
thereuare Posted March 21, 2013 Report Posted March 21, 2013 Actually i Searched hotels.com and found there are no rooms available on Two successive days on May 25&26 for Roosevelt, so would it possibly be Roosevelt?thank u so much!If you haven't yet, please read your messages.Did you type the above correctly... as it would seem to be that you meant that there are no rooms at 'Hotel A' for May 25 and May 26 and therefore would it more likely be 'Hotel B'... as opposed to Hotel A is unavailable and therefore it is Hotel A. (which is how i interpreted what yo wrote)However, to answer your question... you can't use a third party website to determine true hotel availability, you need to search directly at the hotel's own website. As well, we have seen hotels won thru PRICELINE / HOTWIRE even when the hotel itself is showing a sold-out condition; this is much more the exception then the rule, but it does happen, so if a hotel is showing sold-out it reduces the probability of that hotel, but can't exclude it entirely. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
