AaronJB Posted March 21, 2013 Report Posted March 21, 2013 This is an excellent price for this well-located property, which is right off Michigan Ave. It was a Wyndham until Hyatt took it over last Summer. A couple of suggestions:1. Ask for a higher floor. I've seen a number of reviews that have talked about street noise. I've stayed in lower floors and higher floors at this property and have never heard anything - in fact, I've always thought this was a particularly quiet hotel. However, to not risk the possibility, I'd ask for a higher floor, if possible.2. There's a Corner Bakery on the opposite corner, which makes for a good, quick alternative to room service.Enjoy your stay.
