Mugshot Posted March 20, 2013 Report Posted March 20, 2013 After trying and failing to get a room from 4/2-4/6 in this area, going all the way up to $90/nt, I ended up booking a Hotwire room for $81/nt at the Crowne Plaza for 4/2-4/5. Then I came back to bid on PRICELINE for 4/5-4/6. Cheapest room in this star class on HOTWIRE was $82, so I tried $60, and got it on my first bid. I'm Marriott Platinum, so I had checked the hotel's web rate and knew it was $119. I'll certainly take the discount - excited to get a Marriott!
