mikepru Posted September 3, 2005 Report Posted September 3, 2005 We would like to try to stay near the Mount Vernon neighborhood rather than the Inner Harbor on Sept. 6 (Hotwire does not include Mount Vernon), but I am not sure which hotels might be counted as "3* Upscale" for Priceline. Any ideas would be appreciated!
