Embassy isn't a must, but do prefer them or like hotel. Location isn't the most important thing can stay anywhere in Phoenix city, including suburbs.

Initially was looking for Embassy Suites, but now looking for a nice clean hotel with decent pool that is a decent price. $80 - $125. I know sounds hypocrite and picky.

Not really sure which area(s) you're willing to stay, but why not search HOTWIRE for your dates, then filter by by 90% and above recommended (the filter selection box is below the star rating filter... the assumption is that if others are happy there then there is a better chance that you will be happy there too)... the further filter for 3.5* and higher.
