I would like to stay at the New Clinton Hotel in South Beach, Miami on Sept 11-17. How much should I bid? thank you.

You cannont bid for a specific hotel on Priceline. You could get any 4 star in that hotel zone. If you would still like to bid, give your budget and confirm that you understand the rebidding process. If you need that hotel specifically, Priceline is not a good option.

If that is the hotel that you really desire, another option is Hotwire, if the Clinton Hotel & Spa can be identified before purchase. Doing a package search will reveal name of hotel (did search for your dates) the 4*Clinton did appear with these amenities: Boutique Hotel, Near Beach, Restaurant(s), Pool(s), Fitness Center, Spa Services, High-Speed Internet Access, Golf Nearby, Tennis Nearby, Business Center

Doing a hotel search for your dates revealed no exact matches for a hotel with the above amenities, although a 4* at $105 had everything except the Internet. So is it the Clinton? Hard to be 100% on that, but in looking at other dates and other 4* properties, this seems to be the closest match to the Clinton.

... but i wouldn't purchase based upon a 'close' match, you want the amenities to match exactly.
