Hotwire Hotel: 3.0* Help Downtown Charleston, SC

I would appreciate if anyone can help me identify this 3* in downtown Charleston, SC hotel.

$120 a night 3/27-3/30/13. ( regular at $273 per night)

Free parking, free breakfast, free Internet, pool, laundry facilities, accessible path, accessible bathroom, accessible for the bLind, resort fee, 55% recommended,

I would love to know what this hotel is as well. I found it for $88 the night of 4/29. My only concern is that only 55% recommend the hotel.

The existing thread is for a different city and dates (Orlando). This is for Charleston SC. Should I start a new thread?

I'm 99% sure it's the Best Western King Charles.

They charge an "optional" $5 fee for a nearby gym. I could not find any other 3* hotels in downtown charleston that offer free breakfast AND free parking.

Possible confusion could be that priceline and hotwire recently upgraded this Best Western to a 3* from a 2.5*. Various sites still offer it at 2*.
