Are you referring to the Palomar at 2121 P Street Northwest? If so, that property is located in in the Dupont Circle zone so the above would not be this property... my best guess for this one would be The George.

Thanks for the response! I searched Hotwire again today and ended up booking the Palomar (Listed as 4* Dupont Circle - National Zoo Hotel) for $104 a night. Very pleased. Details are as follows:
