What is the likelihood that the 4 star midtown east area hotel on PRICELINE EXPRESS DEALS offered for $179.00 for a cozy double double with the amenities showing only restaurant and business center is the same 4 star midtown area hotel offered on HOTWIRE for $175.00 with the following amenities

If one service is showing what appears to be a particular hotel, it doesn't necessarily mean that the other service has inventory of that hotel.
