tacoma_rick Posted March 10, 2013 Author Report Posted March 10, 2013 I bid a 3 star at $60, but it gave me the win and stated it upgraded me to 3 1/2 star. I would have been mad if I would have got a 3 1/2 star I didn't want since I was bidding 3 star on purpose, but it all worked out. I had a reservation at the other Hilton that I can now cancel and save money.
