Can you confirm that this hotel also shows a Laundry icon (it would be a 9th icon, so not shown on the 'splash' page, but does show when you click "view complete amenity list and details"... you can easily check this thru the MY ACCOUNT link near the top right of Hotwire's home page and look at the amenities they are associating with this purchase)
